(a) All general drawings required by this chapter to be filed with the Buiding Commissioner shall be drawn on paper or cloth in ink, or reproduced by some process that will not fade or obliterate, to such a scale that all details can be shown without confusion. The material for all supporting members and structural parts shall be clearly stated and all dimensions shall be given in figures and drawings made accurate and complete showing the general sewerage, drain, soil and waste pipes, the location of plumbing and the names and addresses of the owner and of the architect, author or maker of such drawings shall be indelibly inscribed thereon.
(b) A building permit may be issued upon the approval of the general and structural drawings and subsequent permits issued for the electrical, plumbing and elevator installations. (Ord. 3-1935. Passed 4-23-35.)
(c) No architectural stamp shall be required on any drawings or plans for a single residence, whenever such drawings or plans are prepared and presented by an individual property owner for his own personal residence, provided such drawings and plans meet all other requirements of the codes of the City.
