1311.05 APPROVAL OF PLANS; PLANS TO BE AT BUILDING SITE.

On all new construction the builder and/or developer shall obtain the approval of the City Architect before the Division of Building, Engineering and Inspection shall approve the issuance of the permits herein provided for. An approved set of such plans shall be maintained on the building site at all times during its construction. (Ord. 58-1966. Passed 7-11-66.)
