1309.08 GUARANTEE OF WORKMANSHIP.

Irrespective of acceptance signed or release given by owners or persons having work done, workmanship on all work or construction as described in this chapter shall be guaranteed by the contractor or tradesman for a reasonable length of time to protect the owner or contractor from poor workmanship.
