The registration herein provided for may at any time be revoked or suspended by the Building Commissioner for incompetence, dereliction of duty, fraudulent use thereof or violations of any State, County or City code, or for failure to carry out any reasonable regulation or request by the Commissioner. If a registration bond form, along with the fee is not completed and put in force within thirty days, the one hundred twenty-five dollar ($125.00) registration fee shall be transferred to the General Fund and the registration shall be revoked.
