1301.15 CASES OF EMERGENCY.
   Whenever, after inspection of the building, structure or premises, the Building Commissioner finds that an emergency exists therein or thereon, he shall order an immediate repair thereof by notice served in the manner provided
in Section 1301.13. Such notice shall specify clearly the repairs to be made.
If such repairs are not made within a reasonable time, the Commissioner may request a court of competent jurisdiction to issue an order requiring the vacating or destruction of the building, structure or premises.
