1301.02 BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

There is created the position of Director of Building who shall be known as the Building Commissioner who shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. He shall be the head of the Division of Building, Engineering and Inspection. He is authorized and directed to enforce all provisions of this Building Code and any and all other applicable laws as they may apply.
