The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Abbreviated Storm Water Pollution Plan review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the City of Garfield Heights and the Cuyahoga SWCD before the review process begins. Please consult with City Engineer for current fee schedule.
