The Comprehensive Storm Water Management Plan review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the City of Garfield Heights before the review process begins. The schedule of fees shall be established by a separate ordinance adopted by Council. (Ord. 14-2007. Passed 3-12-07.)
