The applicant shall furnish a certificate of insurance of a commercial general liability policy including pollution liability coverage naming the Municipality as an additional insured on its policy, in an amount not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence and three million dollars ($3,000,000) in the aggregate. The insurance shall be kept in force for such period of time that the drilling is in progess and the well is in operation or is producing oil or gas, and until such well is plugged and the storage tanks and all other equipment are taken out of use and removed from the site.
