913.07 ISSUANCE OF CITATIONS BY EMPLOYEES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE.

In addition to any other means of enforcement provided for in these Codified Ordinances, the Director of Public Service, and his designees, when commissioned by the Mayor as special police, may enforce the minor misdemeanor offenses contained in this chapter through the issuance of citations.
