764.21 INJUNCTION.

Any person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business or adult motel in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations under Chapter 764 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Garfield Heights. (Ord. 26-2001. Passed 6-11-01.)
