764.05 SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS EMPLOYEE LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall act as an employee, as defined in Section 764.02 of this chapter on the premises of a sexually oriented business or an adult motel without having secured a sexually oriented business employee license pursuant to this chapter.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 26-2001. Passed 6-11-01.)
