758.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 758.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 758.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (c)   Whoever violates any other provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 76-2010. Passed 11-22-10.)
