Snow removal contractors, before a certificate of registration may be issued, shall furnish to the Service Director, evidence of liability insurance for bodily injury in the minimal amount of two-hundred and fifty-thousand dollars ($250,000) per person and five-hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for each occurrence, and for property damage in the minimum of one-hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). Evidence of this insurance shall be endorsed upon each certificate before it is issued by the Director.
