The fee for each initial certificate of registration, which shall be valid for one year from the date granted, shall be eighteen dollars ($18.00). This initial fee includes the issuance of one decal. Additional decals shall be five dollars ($5.00) per each vehicle. The renewal fee shall be eighteen dollars ($18.00) per year thereafter, for each certificate which shall include one decal. Additional decals shall be five dollars ($5.00) for each vehicle.
