Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any lawful rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued. In addition, the Service Director may revoke any license or permit or refuse to grant a license or a permit for any violation of the ordinance provisions relating to the license or permit, the subject matter of the license or permit, and such revocation or refusal to issue may be in addition to any fine imposed.
