749.05 LICENSE REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION; HEARING AND APPEAL.
   (a)   The Building Comissioner is authorized to revoke or suspend any license issued hereunder if, after due investigation, the Building Commissioner or the Fire Chief determines that the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or of any applicable statute or ordinance of the State or City. Upon final compliance by such agent or owner to remove the violation complained of, such license shall be re-instated.
 
   (b)   Any person aggrieved by an order of the Building Commissioner and/or the Fire Chief may appeal such order to a board composed of the Director of Safety, the Mayor and the Law Director, and shall be entitled to a hearing within ten days of notice of such appeal. The finding of such board on any such appeal shall be final.
