(a) All gasoline and service stations engaged in business within the City are required to display a sign on the inside of the plate glass window of the building thereon, or if there be no such building with a plate glass window, then in a prominent location, in either of which locations such sign would be visible to passing motorists from all streets bounding each gasoline station, indicating the retail price of each grade of gasoline offered for sale. A new sign shall immediately be placed indicating any change in price of gasoline.
(b) Each sign shall be at least two feet by two feet in size, the lettering indicating the price shall be at least six inches in height. The outline being not less than one inch in width. Each sign shall have a white background with red or black or dark blue colored lettering.
