(a) No person under the age of eighteen years of age shall be permitted to operate a mechanical or electrical amusement device before 3:00 p.m. on school days unless accompanied by that person's parent or legal guardian. It shall be the duty of the owner to determine if, in fact, school is in session for the individual operating, or wishing to operate, such device.
(b) It shall be the duty of the owner to prominently display in his place of business the curfew laws of the City. It shall further be the duty of the owner to ascertain if his patrons are violating such curfew laws, and if so, to eject them from the establishment.
