717.05 SALES FROM CURB ONLY; SALES TO MINORS.

Sales or deliveries made from such vehicles shall be at the curb only. Sales to children under sixteen years of age when made in the vicinity of their residences shall be made at the curb in closest proximity to such residence. (Ord. 76-1956. Passed 5-28-56.)
