705.15 SEPARABILITY AND SEVERABILITY.
   Sections 705.01 to 705.14 , inclusive, and each part of such sections, are hereby declared to be independent sections or parts of sections, and notwithstanding any other evidence of legislative intent it is hereby declared to be the controlling legislative intent that if any provision of such sections, or the application thereof to any person(s) or circumstances, is held invalid, the remaining sections or parts of sections, and the application of such provision to any person(s) or circumstances, other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby, and it is hereby declared that this Chapter would have been passed independently of such section, sections or parts of a section so held to be invalid. If any sentence, clause, section or part of this Chapter, or any tax imposed as specified herein, is found to be unconstitutional, illegal, or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall affect only such sentence, clause, section or part and shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts of sections. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City Council of the City of Garfield Heights that this Chapter would have been adapted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause or part thereof not been included herein.
