551.04 CERTIFICATION OF COSTS TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR.
   Prior to certification to the County Auditor, the total cost to be assessed for all residents shall be presented to City Council by ordinance. Upon passage of the ordinance, the total cost of the assessments remaining unpaid shall be certified to the County Auditor by the Clerk of Council, as provided by law, to be placed on the tax duplicate to be assessed and collected on the next tax collection.
