549.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates the provisions of Section 549.16 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree as set forth in Section 501.99.

   (b)   Whoever violates the provisions of Section 549.17 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, with a mandatory fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and imprisoned for not less than three days nor more than six months.

   (c)   Whoever violates the provisions of Section 549.18 shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor as set forth in Section 501.99.

   (d)   Whoever violates any section of this chapter other than Sections 549.16, 549.17 and 549.18 shall be guilty of penalties set forth in Section 501.99.
