(a) No person shall throw, drop, pour, deposit or discharge or attempt, aid or abet in the throwing, dropping, pouring, depositing or discharging upon the property or person of another, any liquid, gaseous or solid substance or matter of any kind which is injurious to person or property, or which is nauseous, sickening, irritating or offensive to any of the senses with intent to wrongfully injure, molest, discomfort, discommode or coerce any person.
(b) No person shall make, use, have on or about his person or under his control, any device or container having a fuse and holding a flammable, combustible or explosive material or substance which can be used as fire bomb, Molotov cocktail or bomb. "Fuse", as used in this section, means any type of material, substance or device which may be used in any manner as a means of igniting or exploding the device or container.
(c) This section does not apply to regularly appointed police officers, firemen or other public officials acting in the line of duty, nor to proprietors of various business places where such substances are kept solely for the purpose of repelling robbers, thieves, marauders or other law violators. (d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
