(a) No person shall sell any air gun or ammunition therefor to a person under the age of seventeen.
(b) No person shall furnish any air gun or ammunition therefor to a person under the age of seventeen except for lawful purposes under the supervision or control of a responsible adult.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. (Ord. 80-1973. Passed 12-10-73.)
