(a) No child between the ages of six and seventeen, inclusive, while in attendance at school, at a school event, or on school property, shall knowingly commit an unruly crime or engage in unruly criminal conduct against an official or employee of the Garfield Heights School District, an employee of the City while in performance of his/her official duties, against another student, or the property of the Garfield Heights School District.
(b) Penalty. Any child who violates division (a) of this section is an unruly child and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court.
