529.10 MINORS; EVIDENCE OF ILLEGALITY.
   Possession in any public place or in any motor vehicle upon the public streets of intoxicating liquor by a person under the age of twenty-one, except in the original unopened container having thereon the seal prescribed by the Ohio Board of Liquor Control, or of any beer by a person under the age of twenty-one years except in the unopened bottle or other sealed container, shall be considered as prima-facie evidence that such intoxicating liquor or beer has been illegally purchased or otherwise obtained.
