(a) No person or organization shall willfully or negligently use the corporate name of the City on any communication, advertisement or writing in such a manner as to indicate that such communication, advertisement or writing has the approval or sanction of any branch of government of the City when such is not the case.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of unauthorized use of the corporate name of the City, a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 45-1976. Passed 5-24-76.)
