(a) For the purposes of this section:
(1) "Public conveyance" includes bus, school bus, streetcar and trackless trolley;
(2) "Bus" means every motor vehicle designed for carrying more than nine passengers and used for the transportation of persons with or without compensation.
(b) No person shall smoke or carry lighted tabacco in any form while in any public conveyance within the City.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
