518.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of gambling, a misdemeanor of the first degree, for each offense. If the offender has previously been convicted of any gambling offense, gambling is a felony of the fourth degree and shall be punished under appropriate state law.
