(a) No persons, on their own behalf or representing organizations or groups of any kind, with the exception of public employees, shall remain in or upon any municipal, school or other public buildings or grounds within the City, longer than one-half hour after the official closing hours thereof, or longer than one-half hour after the adjournment of any meeting held therein or therein.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
