509.10 SEARCHLIGHTS.
   (a)   No person, either as a principal, agent or employee, shall use or operate for advertising purposes or for any other purpose whatever, on or upon any public street within the City, nor so near to the street as to distract or reasonably tend to distract the attention of pedestrians or operators of vehicles upon the street, any searchlight or other device throwing a beam of light.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
