(a) No person shall be found in a state of intoxication or, being intoxicated, shall disturb the peace and good order, or shall conduct himself in a disorderly manner.
(b) For purposes of this section, "intoxication" means the loss of control of faculties or the muscles of locomotion as a result of the use of an intoxicating beverage, or a harmful intoxicant as defined in Section 513.01.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
