507.07 TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES FOR ABORTION SERVICE.

An abortion service shall have immediately available organized transportation facilities capable of insuring that a patient requiring emergency care at the hospital will be transported to such hospital within the total transport time of fifteen minutes.
