Facilities, equipment and supplies in an abortion service shall be maintained in proper working order. Necessary solutions, drugs and medications, as defined by the Board, shall be supplied and maintained. Knee or foot controlled sinks shall be provided in or immediately adjacent to the room where the abortion is performed. The abortion service facilities and equipment shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, as defined by the Board of Health. (Ord. 51-1974. Passed 6-24-74.)
