507.03 ABORTION RESTRICTED TO HOSPITAL OR ABORTION SERVICE.

An abortion not performed in the hospital established under Ohio R.C. Chapter 339, 749 or 1937 shall be performed in an abortion service operated in accordance with the provisions of these sections and related provisions of these regulations.
