503.04 ADVERTISING PROHIBITED ON BUS SHELTERS.

(a) All bus shelters which are to be placed in and about the City by the Regional Transit Authority, as well as all existing bus shelters, shall have absolutely no advertising in or about such shelters.

(Ord. 55-1980. Passed 6-9-80.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
