373.16 MOTORCYCLE PASSING IN SAME LANE OF TRAFFIC PROHIBITED.

No person shall operate a motorcycle so as to overtake, pass, proceed along side of, or remain along side of any other vehicle, other than one other motorcycle or bicycle, that is within the same lane of traffic and is either stopped at any traffic control device or is proceeding on any public highway within this City. (Ord. 53-1977. Passed 8-1-77.)
