(a) No person shall stand or park an unattended vehicle upon any private property within the City, except upon driveways, parking lots, in garages or in an area improved for vehicular use. (Ord. 91-1990. Passed 10-8-90.)
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. All further Violations of this section shall be a fourth degree misdemeanor. All ticketed vehicles that remain in violation will be subject to City towing twelve (12) hours after the ticket has been posted on the vehicle. (Ord. 65-2014. Passed 2-23-15.)
