343.06 AUTHORITY TO OPERATE.

No motor transportation company, pursuant to the provisions of the Ohio R.C. 4921.07, shall operate any motor vehicle for the transportation of persons or property, or both, for hire on any road, street or highway in the City without first obtaining authority from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. (Ord. 86-1954. Passed 7-19-54.)
