343.05 LIABILITY INSURANCE.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier, pursuant to the requirements of the Ohio R.C. 4921.11 and 4923.08 shall operate any motor vehicle for the City without having in full force and effect a liability insurance certificate, policy or bond satisfactory to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio as required by law.
