No motor transportation company or private motor carrier, pursuant to authority conferred in the Ohio R.C. 4921.04, shall operate a motor vehicle on the roads, streets or highways of the City without having displayed on both sides thereof in such places as to be easily seen by anyone wishing to identify the vehicle, the following in letters and figures not less than two inches in height and three-eighths inch in width:
(a) Company number of vehicle;
(b) Company name, location and state; and
(c) Such information as to the type and number of permits as may be required by the rules and regulations of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, as per administrative order Sec. 125-Rule 62.
