303.10 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

Any judge of the Municipal Court may, upon a plea of guilty or conviction of any person for the violation of any law or ordinance relating to the operation of a motor vehicle, suspend the operator's or chauffeur's license for an indefinite period of time, independent of all other penalties set forth in this Traffic Code.
