147.01 CONTRACT WORK CONCERNING CITY; ADVANTAGEOUS OFFICE.
   No elected or appointed official, member of Council, member of any board,
officer or employee of the City shall:
   (a)   Act directly or indirectly as attorney, agent, engineer, broker or employee for any person, firm, association, partnership or corporation interested directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever in any contract work or business with the City, or the sale or acquisition of any property owned or controlled by the City;
   (b)   Act directly or indirectly as attorney, agent, engineer, broker or employee for any person, firm, association, partnership or corporation interested directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever in any contract work or business for two or more parties whereby the City is one party thereof;
   (c)   Hold office where it would be advantageous to any elected or appointed official financially, other than the compensation fixed for the position so held.
