143.07 UNIFORM ALLOWANCE.

All City employees whose classifications include Chief Police Dispatcher, Police Dispatcher, Records Clerk or Jailer shall be entitled to receive from the City the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per annum, payable on December 1 of every calendar year as a uniform clothing allowance.
