§ 9.05.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 1.05.999.

   (B)   General provisions. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 9.05.005 through 9.05.025 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Dogs. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 9.05.050 and 9.05.055 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
