(A) It is unlawful for any person to permit any dog owned or harbored by him or her or by any member of his or her family to run-at-large in the village.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to permit any dog owned or harbored by him or her or by any member of his or her family to be on any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place without being held securely on a leash or confined in a closed vehicle.
