§ 9.05.005  CRUELTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall cruelly treat any animal in the village in any way.
   (B)   Any person who inhumanely beats, under feeds, overloads or abandons any animal shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this section.
