Any person who sells, attempts to sell or distributes any products listed in section 5-7-2 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of violating the prohibition set forth in section 5-7-2 of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1984 Code § 9-5-3; amd. 2014 Code)
