A. Misdemeanor: Any person convicted of a misdemeanor violation of any ordinance of the city may be fined in a sum not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for any offense, and such person may be confined in jail for a period of not more than six (6) months. Either or both such fine and imprisonment may be imposed, and in addition thereto, any person so convicted shall pay such costs as the court may assess.
B. Infraction: Any person convicted of an infraction violation of any ordinance of the city in which a specific infraction penalty is not set forth may be fined the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00).
C. Driving Under Influence Of Liquor Or Drugs: Any person convicted of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a narcotic drug shall be subject to penalty as set forth in Idaho Code section 18-8004 et seq. (1984 Code § 1-4-1; amd. 2014 Code; Ord. 675, 11-23-2020)
